DCI had a strategic participation of 47.9% in Aristo Developers. Founded in 1983, Aristo is the leading residential developer in Cyprus. On 21 February 2025 DCI announced the sale of this interest in a series of agreed transactions and as a result is steadily reducing its percentage holding.
